RETURNS

As this is a personalized item, exchanges and returns are not offered. Below is information that can also be found on the official European Union website (https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm).
In the EU, you have the right to return purchases made online or through other forms of distance selling (such as by phone, mail, or from a door-to-door salesperson) within fourteen days for a full refund. You can do this for any reason, even if it’s simply because you changed your mind.

However, the fourteen-day withdrawal period does not apply to all purchases. Here are some exceptions:

  • Plane and train tickets, concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations, and catering services for specific dates.

  • Food and beverages delivered regularly to your home (e.g., supermarket deliveries).

  • Custom-made or personalized items (such as Kleora albums or tailor-made clothing).

  • Sealed audio, video, or computer software media (such as DVDs) that have been opened.

  • Online digital content if you have already started downloading or streaming and agreed to waive your right of withdrawal.

  • Products purchased from individuals, not from businesses or traders.

  • Urgent repair or maintenance contracts (e.g., if you call a plumber to fix a leaking tap, you cannot cancel the work once the service price has been agreed).

Note that this list is not exhaustive.

The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after you receive the products. For service contracts, the withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the contract is concluded.
If the withdrawal period ends on a non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at kleoradesign@gmail.com.

Shipping costs for returning a defective item are covered by us, and a tracking number must ALWAYS be included.

NON-REFUNDABLE GIFT CARD BALANCE AGREEMENT

This Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Kleora, located at Árpád fejedelem útja 40, Budapest, Hungary (hereinafter referred to as "The Company"), and the gift card holder (hereinafter referred to as "The Holder"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions related to the non-refundability of the balance on the gift card issued by The Company.

GIFT CARD

The Company offers gift cards that may be purchased and reloaded by The Holder.

The gift card is issued by The Company and is valid for the purchase of products or services on The Company's website, in accordance with the terms stipulated on the gift card and on The Company's website.

NON-REFUNDABLE BALANCE

The balance loaded onto the gift card is not refundable in cash and cannot be transferred to another gift card.

Under no circumstances will the balance of the gift card be refunded, either in part or in full, in cash or by any other means.

EXCEPTIONS

This Agreement does not affect the legal rights of The Holder under applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

TERM

This Agreement shall take effect from the date of issuance of the gift card and remain valid until the card balance is used up or The Company ceases to exist.

The gift card is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
